The Hon'ble NCLT, Mumbai Bench VI admitted the company into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process, declared a moratorium and appointed the interim resolution professional.
The public announcement was published in eight newspapers, in English, Marathi and Gujarati, across the Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Surat editions. Claims were received in response, and the list of creditors was prepared and filed on the portal of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
The committee of creditors confirmed the appointment of the resolution professional at its first meeting.

Under regulation 36A(1A), the resolution professional may, with the approval of the committee, invite expressions of interest for resolution plans for the corporate debtor as a whole, or for the sale of one or more of its assets, or for both.
